Stay Home, Shop Online - We are Dispatching as Normal

What are we doing?

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share with you some updates we are making to our business operations.


We are working with suppliers to ensure that we have enough stock to meet the current high level of demand from customers. The website is open 24/7 and we will post out orders that we receive before 12PM Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) on the same day, and they’ll usually get to you within 2-3 working days, however, please allow for the current situation we are all faced with.


We have stepped up our already high cleaning procedures and implemented an enhanced cleaning and sanitization schedule for all of our workspaces and storage facilities. All of our team are wearing certified masks and gloves and are maintaining the recommended 2m social distancing policy.The increase in orders and extra safety steps we are taking has resulted in additional time to process orders, but we are doing everything we can do to ensure orders are out on time!


Royal Mail

With the increase in online sales nationwide Royal Mail are facing delays, they have to follow the same restrictions and are working hard to ensure all deliveries are completed.You can find up to date information about this on Royalmail's website Royalmail's website

Retail Stores

Unfortunately, all retail stores in the country are currently closed. We appreciate that this may be an inconvenience for some customers, but we are urging everybody to follow the safety guidelines and stay indoors and stay safe.

We will continue to review the situation and ensure that the health of our customers and staff is of upmost importance, and our only priority at this moment in time. We urge everyone to stay up to date with the latest information from Public Health and the NHS. In these tough times, it is important to listen to the advice so we can get through this and return to normal times!
